Design process

1. INTERVIEW
There are many reasons why it is important to interview clients before starting a new project.
First, it allows a designer to get a better understanding of their needs and expectations. This information is essential for developing a project plan that meets client's specific requirements.
Second, an interview allows the designer to build rapport with the client. This is important for creating a positive working relationship that will help ensure the success of the project.
Third, an interview can help identify any potential challenges or risks that could impact the project. This information can help you develop contingency plans and avoid any surprises down the road.
2. RESEARCH & MOOD BOARD
One of the most important things to do when designing is to do research.
This means understanding the company or brand that I am designing for, as well as the industry that it operates in. As a designer I need to know what the company stands for, what its target audience is, and what its competitors are doing.
3. MIND MAP & GENERATING IDEAS
For the creative powers to work and generate all the cool ideas.
4. SKETCHING IDEAS
The basis of design. To give basic form to ideas.
5. DIGITISING BEST ONES
Developing ideas with the greatest potential.
6. PRESENTATION & REVISIONS
Presentation, discussion of potential tweaks and revisions as required until complete satisfaction, and project finalisation.
